Is a photoshoot safe for your baby?
Something that we get asked, and for good reason, is whether a photoshoot is safe for a newborn. We understand that you want to protect your bundle of joy, which is why those bright studio lights and seemingly uncomfortable poses can seem harmful to your child. Detailed studies have proven that the lights used in a photography studio are no more harmful than the light you see outdoors. In the doses that your baby will be exposed to in a photoshoot, there is absolutely no harm caused. In terms of the poses, our photographers have years’ worth of experience in working with people of all ages, including infants and understand how to work with them in a way that keeps them comfortable and causes no stress or pain.
